BIO: Graham Spencer is the founder and owner of Plants For Europe (PFE) (www.plantsforeurope.eu) – an independent plant breeding agency based in England, collaborating with plant breeders and producers across Europe and beyond. PFE works with breeders to evaluate new varieties and protect their intellectual property rights. The company’s activities also include the marketing of new plant varieties, licensing to producers, and the collection of royalty fees.

Graham has been active in the horticultural industry for forty years — until 2003 as a perennial plant breeder, and subsequently through his collaboration with plant breeders worldwide. He has a deep understanding of current trends in the horticultural sector and an expert insight into what makes a plant truly exceptional.

He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Horticulture and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
