The Polish Nurserymen Association (ZSzP) is a unique organization that brings together producers of the highest quality ornamental and fruit plants: trees, shrubs, climbers and perennials. Since 1991, it has been integrating the nursery community in Poland, supporting the development of the horticultural industry and promoting the social idea of living among greenery. It acts as the country's largest platform for contact between producers and professional customers - garden centers, contractors, landscape architects, local governments and investors from Poland and abroad.

A key role in the implementation of the Association's mission is played by the Greenery Promotion Agency (APZ) - a company of the Association responsible for the organization of industry events, publications and activities promoting greenery. Among the most important projects of the Association are the International Trade Fair of Plants and Landscape Architecture GREEN IS LIFE.

The Polish Nurserymen Association, together with the Greenery Promotion Agency, actively disseminates knowledge and supports the professional development of people involved in the horticultural industry by organizing training courses, seminars and conferences - including this nursery conference. Our educational activities include the organization of the first training course in Poland on setting up and running a nursery, as well as a valued and industry-recognized course with a certificate from the Polish Nurserymen Association designed for those involved in the design, implementation and management of green spaces, as well as numerous practical workshops organized for nurserymen - such as on passporting, phytosanitary duties or social media marketing.

The contemporary activities of the ZSzP include the creation and provision of promotional and educational tools: the online encyclopedia of plants www.e-katalogroslin.pl, a rich service www.zszp.pl, numerous publications, catalogs, guides and industry articles. The association provides nurserymen with up-to-date legal information, supports pro-environmental activities, represents their interests at home and abroad (including membership in the European Nurserystock Association ENA and the International Association of Horticultural Producers AIPH), and actively participates in the work on sustainable development of the horticultural industry in Europe.

Through its activities, the Polish Nurserymen Association reminds us that greenery is not only aesthetics - it is health, cleaner air, better quality of life and conscious development of the world around us.

The Greenery Promotion Agency (APZ) was established by the Polish Nurserymen Association in 1998. It works closely with the association to achieve its educational goals, promote gardening culture, and represent the interests of its members in Poland and abroad.
